Welcome!

Good therapy starts with genuine connection. Let’s meet, talk, and see if we’re a good fit.

About me

I graduated in Clinical Psychology from PUC-Minas, Brazil, in 2012. I have completed Level 2 training in Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and continue ongoing education in this approach through the Brazilian Institute of Emotion-Focused Therapy (TFE Brasil) and the International Society of Emotion Focused Therapy (ISEFT). In addition, I have experience with somatic practices and am a Heilpraktikerin für Psychotherapie certified by the Bezirksamt Lichtenberg in Berlin, Germany.

My Clinical Practice

My work is based on Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) — an approach that views emotions as central to the formation of identity, relationships, and human experience.

In the therapeutic process, the focus is not only on talking about feelings, but on experiencing and processing them with safety and care.

In this process, the body plays an essential role as a pathway to emotional experience. Emotions manifest through the body — in breathing, in muscular tension, in tears, and in subtle movements.

By recognizing and welcoming these bodily signals, space opens for difficult emotions to take form and find expression, allowing a more integrated and authentic relationship with oneself and with others.

Therapeutic Focus Areas

I support adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma-related distress, grief, and the unique emotional challenges of immigration, cultural adjustment, and life transitions.

Session Formats

Online sessions available in Portuguese and English.
If you’re in Berlin, I also offer in-person sessions at my *Praxis in Kreuzberg – a comfortable and welcoming space.

*Dieffenbachstraße 36, 10967 Berlin

How We Begin

Let’s begin with a conversation about how we might walk this path together. We’ll explore your needs and goals, discuss how my clinical approach might help you, and decide how to structure our future sessions. Together, we’ll determine what schedule works best for you – whether that’s weekly, biweekly, or another frequency that suits your needs. I offer flexible payment options including monthly arrangements, session packages, or individual payments, and we’ll choose what makes the most sense for your situation. This initial conversation is about creating a therapeutic plan that feels comfortable and sustainable for you.

My Journey

My connection with psychology began in 2007, while I was working as a professional dancer with the Palácio das Artes Dance Company, the state company of Minas Gerais, Brazil. During the creation of a performance, a lecture by a psychologist sparked my interest in the field and inspired me to pursue a degree in Psychology. I graduated with a clinical emphasis from PUC-Minas in 2012 and shortly after moved to Berlin, Germany, where I have lived ever since.

The experience of immigration brought challenges and transformations, broadening my perspective on identity, adaptation, and belonging. In Berlin, I worked as a dancer and choreographer, immersed in a multicultural artistic scene that connected me with different ways of life, values, and emotional expression. My work with body-based arts led me to explore experiential psychotherapeutic processes, which eventually brought me to Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT).
